Dana — The Foundation

Dana — The Foundation

Dana stood at the center of the Swift River Valley — steady, practical,
and quietly strong. It was a town built for everyday life: farms worked at
first light, mills humming through the day, neighbors bound by shared routines rather than grand ambition.

Dana asked little and gave much. It was the place you returned to, the
place that held things together.

When the valley was taken for water, Dana’s buildings were removed and
its land cleared. What disappeared was not noise or spectacle, but something
harder to replace — reliability, rhythm, and presence.

The Foundation Blend reflects that character. Balanced and dependable, it’s
a coffee meant for daily use — early mornings, familiar hands, and work that
needs doing. Not flashy. Not fleeting. Just solid, honest coffee.

Submerged, not forgotten.

Roaster Profile:

Dana is the anchor of the series, built for balance and
everyday use. Roasted medium, it focuses on structure, clarity, and repeat
drinkability. Central and South American coffees provide body and mild
sweetness, developed steadily through Maillard with no aggressive push after
first crack. In the cup, Dana is even and composed — soft cocoa, toasted grain,
gentle acidity, and a clean, reliable finish.
