Greenwich — The Orchard Blend

Greenwich brought warmth to the valley. Known for its farms and orchards,
it was shaped by the land rather than the river — slower, gentler, and rooted
in what grew there.

This was a town of seasons and patience. Sweetness earned over time. A
quieter role, but an essential one.

When Greenwich was cleared, its fields went silent. The orchards
disappeared, but the memory of what they produced remains.

The Orchard Blend reflects that balance. Lighter and warmer, with a
natural sweetness that softens the series, it honors the land that once fed the
valley — and the people who tended it.

What once grew still matters.

Roasters Profile:

Greenwich is the warmest expression of the Lost Towns Series.

Its orchards and fields once stretched across the landscape, and we
wanted the coffee to carry that same sense of warmth and seasonality.

For Greenwich, we selected coffees inspired by the highlands of Ethiopia
and Central America—places where elevation, rainfall, and time work together to create remarkable sweetness. Grown high above the valley floor, these coffees develop slowly, producing the delicate sugars and fruit notes that make Greenwich unlike anything else in the collection.

Roasted medium-light, the cup opens with caramelized fruit, honey, and
brown sugar before settling into a soft, nutty finish.

It is a coffee that feels less like a destination and more like an autumn
afternoon—quiet, golden, and worth lingering over.

Chosen to reflect the orchards and fertile fields that once defined the
town, Greenwich is a reminder that some things continue to grow long after they are gone.
